2/3 cup whole wheat flour
2/3 cup soymilk
2 Tbsp non dairy/GMO buttery spread
tsp vanilla extract
2 Tbsp light brown sugar
2 big ol' handfuls of pecans
mix it up, be sure to mash the banana well. Put batter on preheated grill. Flip when the bottom looks cooked (it doesn't bubble as much as regular hotcakes). Makes about 2 hotcakes. You can substitute any nut or fruit for the pecans if you want. Tastes like banana bread. Enjoy!
